Abbey Vineyard has a beautiful young vineyard on an eleven-acre plot, filled with panoramic views of the Blue Mountains and vast landscapes. It is surrounded by Walla Walla’s top south-side vineyards and wineries. This property is an ideal spot for wine enthusiasts, with six wineries within walking distance.
The long driveway leads to the historic house, with ample parking and an inviting front porch. The home was originally a church in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, hence the name Abbey Vineyard. The house was moved to its current location, where it was meticulously remodeled into the home it is today.
The home boasts a large, open, updated kitchen connected to the living area via a stone counter with barstools. The living room has comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace to keep the main living room with vaulted ceilings warm and cozy. An upstairs loft media room with a sitting area overlooks the open-concept living room below. There is a lovely separate dining room on the main level with views of the vineyard and the Blues.
Also included on the property is a detached, private king studio apartment with a separate bathroom, shower, kitchenette, and mini-split HVAC system that offers heating and cooling.
Out the backdoor of the main house is a patio with a barbeque grill and dining table and chairs, plus a place to lounge in the Adirondack chairs while enjoying a picturesque sunset.
While strolling the grounds, you might find some wild raspberries on your way to the charming “Glasshouse.” The Glasshouse has a mini-split unit and the perfect ambiance to enjoy a wine tasting or a meal with family and friends.
A trip into town takes only ten minutes, where you can find excellent restaurants and tasting rooms. Abbey Vineyard provides great opportunities to experience Walla Walla while relaxing and enjoying food, wine, and beautiful landscapes. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental at which we've ever stayed! The property is in a beautiful area of vineyards with lovely views of the Blue Mountains. The home is impeccably restored, decorated, and stocked. All amenities are of high quality and new. This includes appliances, linens, cutlery, dishware, glassware, and furnishings. So many nice touches! Writing desks are thoughtfully stocked with office supplies. There is a Wi-Fi printer to use for boarding passes. Wow! Finally, the rental management company, Walla Walla Vacation Rentals, is so responsive and kind. Our family stayed here for a memorial service for a loved one. The property gave us just the peaceful, tranquil setting we needed to reflect on all the blessings that family brings. I would give this a 10-star review if I could! Thank you, Terri and Rea!
